Google Fiber is going to revolutionize the internet game. Gigabit speeds of 1000+ will improve us on every front. Innovation will be sparked, education will be enhanced and economic growth should be endless. The ever expanding world will not be part of an imagination, but will become reality. The test markets in Kansas City, Austin and Provo has shown costs to be slightly higher then the current rates.
- The Gigabit Internet plan will give you an Internet connection that’s up to 100 times faster than basic broadband for $70/month.
- The Gigabit Internet + TV plan will give you access to hundreds of TV channels, a storage box that can record up to 8 shows at once and hold up to 500 hours of HD content, plus an ultrafast Internet connection, for $120/month.
- The Free Internet plan will give you basic broadband speeds (up to 5Mbps download, 1 Mbps upload) for a one-time, $30 installation fee, then no monthly costs for at least 7 years.

It is great to see that solar is becoming mainstream. We are seeing a drastic popularity in alternative energy sources. Currently Researchers in Utah have found a way to create Solar Energy with a kitchen microwave. (source). Solar shingles, Solar dog collars and even portable solar panels sold by L.L. Bean. Bring on clean energy!!

Create a Banner Marketing Campaign
Effective banners? Ask these questions?

- 1] How do I reach my audience? Who? What? When? Where? Why?
- 2] Less is More! Simple taglines. Larger Fonts. Quick animations.
- 3] Use effective Call to Actions.
- 4] Make sure your to test your banners. Not always necessary to use a screened focus group, but do at least get a dozen different opinions on your strategy.
- 5] And in my opinion, the most IMPORTANT! You have little area to get a quick message across and very little time. Keep it simple! Be very deliberate! Be memorable! Form Follows Function, be CREATIVE!.
