How does the design process work?
Our design process begins with a Discovery Call/Meeting where we would get a clear understanding of your project/company needs and goals. Followed by research, conceptualization, design development, revisions, and finalization.
What information do you need from me to get started?
We require relevant details such as project objectives, target audience, brand guidelines (if any), content, and any specific preferences you may have.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes, we offer revisions to ensure the design meets your expectations. The number of revisions depends on the package you choose.
Can you work with existing branding guidelines?
Absolutely! We can work with existing branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all design elements.
Do you provide custom designs?
Yes, we specialize in custom designs tailored to your brand identity and target audience.
DESIGN COSTS:
What will your services cost me?
We prefer to go over all the details in our Discovery Call/Meeting after discussing the full scope of the project.
Each project will differ depending on project type, complexity and timeframe. As a starting point, we have a logo-only package at a rate of $1295 and website packages starting at $1,895. We require a deposit to secure our services at the start of the project.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, Cash and business check (for established clients only)
Do you offer payment plans?
We do offer a couple of auto pay based payment plans that we can discuss with you.
TIMEFRAME:
How long does it take to complete a project?
The timeline varies based on the project's scope and requirements. We provide estimated timelines during the initial consultation phase.
Can you rush a job for me? I need it really fast.
The answer depends on the project scope. A rush charge would be added to the cost of the project.
TECHNICAL QUESTIONS:
What software do you use?
We use the Adobe Suite of industry standard software- Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
Which files will you send me when my project is complete?
We would send .pdf, .ai, .eps, .jpg where applicable.
WEBSITE SPECIFIC QUESTIONS:
Do you offer website maintenance services?
Yes, we can provide ongoing website maintenance services to keep your site running smoothly and up-to-date.
Do you provide hosting services for websites?
While we don't offer hosting services directly, we can recommend reputable hosting providers and assist with the setup process if needed.
Is SEO included in your web design services?
We offer basic SEO optimization as part of our web design services.
I don't need a new website, just edits on my existing site. Can you do that?
Yes. In this instance we would charge an hourly rate.
Which platforms do you work on?
We primarily work on Wix, Squarespace, Wordpress & Shopify.
OTHER:
Do you offer printing?
Yes, we can get some great rates on printing and assist with file set up if needed.
